Grilled beef short ribs with jalapenos

Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1T minced ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 t cayenne
  • 1 t cumin seeds

3 lb beef short ribs

6 whole jalapenos, shaken with 1 T olive oil in plastic bag

 

Marinate for 1 hr

Over medium hot grill, cook 20’, turning every 5 min

Also grill jalapenos and remove if they cook too fast
