Here's an easy to prepare chicken dish. It's easy to scale up for more people and has potential for many variations.
1. Combine honey, soy sauce and ginger in a large bowl, and add chicken pieces. Marinate 1 hour. 2. Place chicken pieces in large oven dish (eg, 9 by 14 glass pan). Bake at 400 degrees for 10', then reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 30’, turning twice. Sprinkle with the almonds and cook another 10-15’ or until chicken tests done. Variation Many variations are possible.
