Peanut Mustard Buffalo Wings

Savory peanut sauce wings spice up any meal. These delicious wings can be served as an appetizer or main course. They're even tasty when cold as a snack!

Place the chicken wings in a large plastic bag. Mix all the other ingredients except the bread crumbs, then add the spicy mixture to the wings. Close the top of the bag and shake to cover evenly. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or more for best results.

After marinating, add the panko or bread crumbs, close the bag and shake until evenly coated.

Place on a oven rack over aluminum foil. Bake at 380 deg for 8-10' on each side; then put under the broiler for 3-5 each side to brown & crisp, watching they don't char.
