1. Saute chicken pieces with ginger, garlic and jalapeno. 2. Add wine, stir briefly, then add mushrooms and reduce heat. Add soy sauce, vinegar, cover and simmer 1 hr. 3. Add bok choy, celery, simmer another 20 minutes. |
